Dr. Bhimrao R. Ambedkar who brought transformation in the Indian society which was paralyzed with cruel and inhuman caste system and superstitious religious rituals and rites .... 

His quote --- “It is disgraceful to live at the cost of one's self-respect. Self-respect is the most vital factor in life. Without it, man is a cipher. To live worthily with self-respect, one has to overcome difficulties. It is out of hard and ceaseless struggle alone that one derives strength, confidence and recognition.”

He also said , “Unlike a drop of water which loses its identity when it joins the ocean, man does not lose his being in the society in which he lives. Man's life is independent. He is born not for the development of the society alone, but for the development of his self.”

of-course there were many who had such ideal thoughts but he worked day and night to realise his ideal thought that he dreamt of... 

we need his thoughts to be implemented,  to cleanse the society's dirt....

salute to his work and his dedication for making human life a dignified life in the society....
